Me and my husband already have a baby girl and we have been using the patch and the pill, but I have been off the patch for a couple of months now and we are trying to get pregnant but we would love to have a baby girl this time.
Would you have any tips on successfully conceiving a baby girl?

Make sure the future father of this baby girl can only produce female DNA.
Repeat whatever you did the first time. One or both of you may be hereditarily more likely to have girls. Maybe that will hold true again this time. If you are superstitious, be sure you are on your back. Horizontal women tend to have more girls than boys. I have no idea why.
You can’t pick and choose what sex baby you have. You can have sex, wait until you can find out the sex of the child and if you want a girl so badly, if the child is a boy, get it aborted. That’s not a nice thing to type, but many Hindu mothers do the same thing as it is looked as a disgrace if a wife hasn’t provided a son and they keep trying until they have one.
Check out this website. It isn’t certain what the sex of your baby will be definitely, but hey…couldn’t hurt right?

Unfortunatley, there is no sure way of having a girl. Scientists are working on it, but even if it is available, it would be very very expensive. Hopefully good luck would work for you. My husband and I have 5 girls and NO boys. Go figure though, he comes from a family of 12, in that, 10 are boys only 2 are girls. It has everything to do with the sperm and not the egg. Either way, you should feel blessed with a healthy baby.

I read a book that studied when you have $ex in comparison to your ovulation. when you have $ex about 2 days before you ovulate, and not do it until after you ovulate, then you have a good chance of a girl. the closer to ovulation intercourse happens there is a better chance for a boy.
the book said that the reason for this is that the female and male chromosome sperm in the male swim at different rates. the male sperm swim faster, and are not as hearty as the female sperm. the female sperm are more hearty but not as fast. this brings us to the time to have $ex. since the females last longer in the female and are stronger they have less of a chance to get killed in the 2 days before ovulation from the acids in the woman. When $ex is done closer to ovulation, the males will reach the egg faster and get to the egg without as much killing of from the woman’s acids.
I have two boys and have been trying for a girl, so I got this book. I also confirmed some of this in biology class.
